My name is Matt, a 22 year old recent university graduate who is definitely not utilizing his degree in any productive fashion. While gallivanting around the European continent, I will be fulfilling a lifelong ambition to scrap the oft-times naïve and ignorant North American mindset to gain a fresh perspective on people and their cultures. To finally pop the bubble of my limited, pathetic “the-world-must-revolve-around-my-greater-Seattle-metropolitan-area” way of thinking and replace it with a more balanced aestheticism of international lifestyles, policies, customs and manners. And to eat absurd amounts of food.

Europe has NO IDEA what’s about to hit them! Learn your Irish drinking songs and tell the motherland I will visit someday. Keep watch for the leprechauns faeries and wood-nymphs. Legend has it they come when you’re sleeping and leave beetles near your head…
